How to check my Incentive history
a. Weekly Referral(s) = Number of People your refer in this week.
b. Weekly Trip(s) = Number of trip completed by your total referral in this week.
c. Weekly Earning = Amount of your incentive in this week.
d. Total Referral(s) = Total number of People your refer until last update.
e. Total Earning = Total amount of your earning until last update.

Terms & Conditions
- This Let’s GOYANG KAKI incentive plan is valid for 10 - 15% Driver-Partners nationwide.
- To qualify for this incentive plan, Driver-Partner must be registered at office or online sign up only.
- To entitle for the Incentive, each Driver-Partner must hit a minimum amount of 10 trips required per week and maintain a minimum Acceptance Rate (AR) 40% and above. The percentage rebate or bonus are only applicable to job with total fare excluding toll charges.
- All fare calculations are based on the EzCab apps system display price (price is before promo code discount). Fare calculations excludes additional charge for tolls and any other charges that is not included in the standard app fare.
- The incentive structure will begin on every Monday 12:00am and cut off time on Sunday 11:59pm, only completed jobs within time frame will be counted.
- Order pick up from your registered states only.
- Daily referral incentive statement will be update everyday after 12.00am.
- A cancelled booking (either by passenger or driver) nullifies the number of trips.
- The system will calculate your weekly total referral incentive amount to your EzWallet account after 12.00am(Monday).
- EzCab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute, EzCab reserves the final decision- request for appeal and review will not be entertained.
Cash out/Top up credit:
- Driver may choose to use the account rebate amount accumulated in EzWallet as top up credit or cash out.
- Driver must ensure your EzDriver account is registered with a valid bank account number with EzCab management.
- Cash out request will be processed within three (3) working days (excluding Public Holiday and Saturday/Sunday) to your registered bank account.
- There will be no additional Funds transfer charges until further notice.
- EzCab reserves the sole & absolute right to forfeit incentives & suspend accounts of Drivers-Partner who display conduct that EzCab considers inappropriate or unacceptable (e.g.: gaming, fake bookings, over charge customer, etc.). EzCab’s decision is final and conclusive – requests for appeal and review will not be entertained.
- The incentive plan is not applicable combine with previous earning trips and not able to carry forward.
- Unless otherwise stated, Let’s GOYANG KAKI Incentive is only applicable to completed trips for EzGo, EzCar, Budget (Meter), Premium, Executive and EzCar (L).

EzCab Fixed Fare job from Call Centre
With the recent increase of demand, We’ve noticed a substantial amount of jobs are being ignored. This will result to a longer waiting time for Passenger.
Therefore, in our continuous effort to strive to improve the experience for you, EzCab is introducing Call Centre order in Fixed fare basis. Call Centre order will now dispatch to all EzCab Drivers included Private Driver & Taxi Drivers. The calculation fare will be in Fixed Fare basis.
This would mean less waiting time and more of your time spent earning. This is part of our commitment to provide the best ride-hailing experience for both passengers & drivers!
If need further assistance, may refer to EzCab Support Centre at 03-6256 2000.
When you have arrived at the pick up location,
a. Click “I’M HERE” button to inform the passenger that you have reached.
b. If necessary, call the passenger to get the exact waiting location.
Note: Chat feature are not available for Call Centre order.
Customer will receive a SMS to notify the Booking too.
May request Passenger to show this proof of evidence of Booking from Call Centre to relevant authorities on road. (when it is needed).

Total of 2 lanes in KLIA.
- Innermost lane - For Metered Taxi only. (Passenger exit from Level 1, Door 1 & Door 2)

The Self-Employment Social Security Scheme was established to provide protection to individuals who are self-employed.
For starter phase, this scheme required for all Taxi Driver and Ehailing Driver (Passenger Transportation Services) under the provision of the Self Employment Social Security Act 2017 (Act 789) took effect on 1st June 2017.
Eligibility:
- Malaysian Citizen / Permanent Resident
- A valid driver’s license with JPJ and Driver Card or Authorization Letter issue by LPKP (Sabah & Sawarak)
- Register with ehailing services.
Payment of Contribution:
- Contribution payment can pay by monthly or yearly.
- Payment in Cash at any PERKESO’s Branches or online payment through internet banking at www.iperkeso.my.
Online Payment Procedures are as follows:
- Visit iperkeso.my
- Register account iPERKESO.
- Verification link send to registered email.
- Fill up all the details and upload necessary documents needed.
- Choose payment via “Financial Process Exchange” (FPX).
- Print the receipt as a proof of payment.

- A valid Driving License.
- PSV Card.
- Driver Card.
- Valid Authorization Letter issued by LPKP (Sabah & Sarawak).

Terms & Conditions
- This incentive plan is valid for 10 - 15% Driver nationwide, exclude some special service package.
- To qualify for this incentive plan, Driver must be registered at office or online sign up only.
- To entitle for the incentive, each Driver must hit a minimum amount of fares/trip required per week and maintain a minimum Acceptance Rate (AR) 80% and above. The percentage rebate or bonus are only applicable to job with total fare/trips above amount required, excluding toll charges.
- All fare calculations are based on the EzCab apps system display price (price is before promo code discount). Fare calculations excludes additional charge for tolls and any other charges that is not included in the standard app fare.
- The weekly incentive structure will begin on every Monday 12:00am and cut off time on Sunday 11:59pm.
- Order pick up from your registered states only.
- Each Driver is only entitled for 1 of the incentive level only.
- A cancelled booking (either by passenger or driver) nullifies the number of trips.
- The system will calculate your weekly total fare amount and rebate incentives to your EzWallet account within the next 1-2 hours after cut off time every (Sunday 11.59pm).
Cash out/Top up credit:
- Driver may choose to use the account rebate amount accumulated in EzWallet as top up credit or cash out.
- Driver must ensure your EzDriver account is registered with a valid bank account number with EzCab management.
