  1. These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) apply to the “EzCab Hidden Gems in Malaysia Contest” (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to bound by these Rules. To qualify for the Contest, the person submitting the entry (‘you’) must be an account holder of EzCab app account.
  2. This Contest is organized by EzCab Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) and is open to all Malaysian and Malaysian residents. (“Participants”). Employees of EzCab Sdn Bhd, associating Advertising/PR/Event agencies and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate.
    About the Contest & To Participate:

    • Your profile must be set to “Public” for us to view;
    • Follow our social media (Facebook/Instagram) account;
    • Post your entry photo/video of the “hidden gem” on your Facebook account;
    • Tag us on our social media account by using the hashtag #PlentyGemsWithEzcab; and
    • Please state the location of interest clearly.
  3. The contest starts from 21st August 2018, 11:30am (GMT+8) and ends on 17th September 2018, 11:59pm (GMT+8). Only posts published within the stipulated contest period are qualified as an eligible entry.
  4. Winner will be selected based on the post/photo/video garnering the most likes by the end of the Contest period.
  5. If any of the contest entries are found to have breached any or all of terms and conditions, EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) and select another winner(s).
  6. All decisions made in relation to the Contest including the decisions in determining the winners will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.
    Contest Prizes and Redemption:

  8. Winners of the contest will be announced within a week from the end of contest period on the EzCab Malaysia official Facebook page.
  9. Winners of the Grand prize shall be contacted by EzCab for the redemption details of the stay at the resort and visit at the theme park.
  10. Winner of the First prize shall receive gift cards to be redeemed at the restaurant. The winner shall make his/her own reservation at said restaurant.
  11. Winners of the Second & Consolation prize shall receive gift cards to be redeemed at Lazada. Please note that the use of the gift cards are subject to separate terms and conditions.   13. Winners can redeem prize via self-collection in Klang Valley or courier-delivery. For courier-delivery winners must provide a valid mailing address. Courier cost will be borne by EzCab. However, EzCab. is not responsible in the event of delay, damage or loss of the delivery. If any of the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to our notifications, another winner will be immediately be chosen and the former winner will no longer be entitled to the prize.
  14. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable for credit, cash or kinds in all cases, whether in whole or in part. EzCab does not warrant the quality, performance or fitness for the purpose of any prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of gifts.

  1. These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) apply to the “EzCab Refer-A-Friend Contest” (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to bound by these Rules. To qualify for the Contest, the person making the referral (‘you’) must be an account holder of EzCab app account.
  2. This Contest is organized by EzCab Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) and is open to all residents in Malaysia aged 18 and above (“Participants”).
  3. To participate in this Contest, you must send invites via EzCab app account or share the unique referral code provided in your EzCab app account to your friends and family.
  4. Only completed referral will be counted. Your invited friends and family is required to:
    • Download EzCab mobile app
    • Sign up their EzCab app account by connecting with Facebook
    • Enter your referral code in their registered EzCab app account
  1. Any downloads and referral code entry from your invited friends and family after the closing date of the contest will not be counted.
  2. Any EzCab app uninstalled by your invited persons before the contest closing date will not be counted as well.
  3. Winners are required to have at least 150 Completed Referrals** to be eligible for the prizes. (** Completed Referrals: Download EzCab mobile app, sign up by Connecting to Facebook and key in the referral code)
  4. If contest entries are found to have breached any or all of terms and conditions, EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) and reselect another /other winner(s).
  5. All decisions made in relation to the Contest including the decisions in determining the winners will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.
  6. Winners of the contest will be contacted by 7 June 2018 . If any of the winnerscannot be contacted or does not respond to our notifications, the prize will be void at the organiser’s discretion and another winner will be immediately drawn.
  7. All prizes must be claimed within the stipulated time frame indicated in the notification. Any unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited and EzCab Sdn Bhd will not compensate or be held liable for failure to claim the reward(s). Any appeal will not be entertained.
  8. The participants may be required to submit personal information including, without limitation, full name, address, telephone number, email address or other such information (“Personal Data”) to the Organiser.
  9. The Organiser collects the Personal Data to (i) process the participant’s contest entry for the purposes of this Contest; and (ii) communicate with the participants, for the purposes of this Contest (“Purpose”). The Organiser may also use the Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.
  10. The Organiser may engage the services of third party service provider to process the Personal Data. All such third party service providers are obliged not to use the participants’ Personal Data for any other purposes, other than for the Purpose.
  11. By participating in this Contest, the participant shall be deemed to have consented for his/her Personal Data being processed by the Organiser and/or its third party service provider.
  12. EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice or reason.
  13. By participating in this contest, you agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
