1. The voucher is only applicable via SERV App.
2. This voucher is valid till 15th January 2020.
3. The Service on-the-go Voucher is only applicable in Klang Valley, Selangor, Putrajaya, Melaka and Johor.
4. This voucher is not valid with any other promotions.
5. SERV reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 15 October 2019 - 15 January 2020. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.

2. This promo code is limited to 2 times redemption per user, limited only to first 1,000 redemptions for any type of EzCab ride for this campaign period.
3. Promo code must be keyed into the app before booking.
4. This promo code only valid for ride to/from Setia SPICE Convention Centre, Penang.
5. This promotion is valid to all EzCab payment method.
6. Promo discount will be deducted from the fare shown at the end of the ride.
7. The promotion discount is only successfully redeemed once passenger on board with EzCab.
8. Promo Code is not applicable for Advance booking and Street Hailing.
9. All bookings must be made via EzCab App.
10. Discounted price does not include toll charges.
11. Promo code is not exchangeable for cash or to be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
12. Service is rendered on best efforts basis.

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period is from 11th October 2019 to 10th April 2020.
2. Utilize the EzCab app and enjoy TWO (2) discount rides every Friday, for a maximum of fifty-four (54) Promotional Codes throughout the Campaign Period to any EzCab destination when you do the following:
   • Apply the applicable Promotion Code retrieved from the EzCab app under the “Privileges” section; and
   • Ensure the payment method is Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
3. The User shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the booking. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the booking and contact EzCab at 03-62591913.
4. This Promotion is valid for trips to/from any location serviced by EzCab within Malaysia only.
5. This Promotion is limited to two (2) redemptions per User every Friday within the Promotion Period.
6. The Promotion Code is valid to be utilized only on Fridays (00:00-23:59hrs Malaysian Time) during the Promotion Period.
7. The Promotion Code is only applicable for all types of fixed-fare and meter fare rides under the EzCab App [EzGo, EzCar, Taxi (Meter), Premium, EzCar L (6-Seater) and EzVan (9-Seater)].
8. The Promotion Code is not applicable for booking of ride in advance or “Advance Booking”.
9. Promotion is not applicable with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.
10. Promotion is limited to the first 4,000 redemptions throughout the Promotion Period. The Promotion will end after the expiration of the Promotion Period or when all promotion code is fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
11. Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
