Terms & Conditions

Campaign period is from 1st December until 31st December 2021, or until fully redeemed.
Users will be eligible for a randomised cashback (worth up to RM10.00) to their Touch ’n Go eWallet when they spend a minimum of RM15.00 in a single transaction from selected merchants and makes payment using Touch ‘n Go eWallet payment method during Campaign Period.
This promotion is capped at ONE (1) redemption per user, and limited to the first 5,000 transactions throughout the promotion period. The promotion will cease once all cashback transactions have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.
The cashback will be automatically credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet after the transaction is made.
Promotion is not valid with any other vouchers, promotions and/or offers.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 1^stDecember 2021 until 31^st December 2021. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
