How to add your BonusLink Card?

Step 1

Click Manage Card under menu.

Step 2

Click  to add your BonusLink Card Number.

Step 3

Key in your Card Number + Pin.

Step 4

Card Successfully added! You're ready to go!

*Card added will store in EzCab Apps for 1 year.

How to Redeem rides with BonusLink Points?

Note:

  • Add your BonusLink card with EzCab. Only Primary members may collect Points and redeem and each EzCab account allowed to add only one (1) BonusLink card.
  • Member must ensure sufficient BonusLink Points balance before redemption.
  • Additional 15% Points will be locked upfront for Toll fee (if any).
  • The unused Points will be fully refunded within 3 hours after booked.
  • Redemption is applicable for rides on EzGo, EzCar, Premium, EzCar L (6 Seater) and EzVan (9 Seater) service only, [except Taxi (Meter)].
  • T&C applies: https://ezcab.com.my/tnc.

How to Collect your BonusLink Points?

Standard BonusLink Points Structure:

RM 1 (Net fare) = 1 Point

Note:

  • Add your BonusLink Card with EzCab. Only applicable to BonusLink Primary Member and each EzCab account allowed to add only one (1) BonusLink card.
  • Your BonusLink Points will be credited into your BonusLink account within 40 days.
  • Points Collection is applicable for rides on EzGo, EzCar, Premium, EzCar L (6 Seater) and EzVan (9 Seater) service only, [except Taxi (Meter)].
  • Net Fare is defined as total payment made excluding promo code, toll, tips and others.

HOW TO BOOK

Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotional Period is from 11th January until 15th March 2020 only.
  2. Utilize the EzCab App and enjoy any two (2) rides with up to RM4 discount for each ride within Seremban when you do the following:
    • Apply the applicable Promotional Code retrieved from the EzCab App under the “Privileges” section; and
    • Ensure the payment method is Touch ‘n Go eWallet, using the “Pay” function.
  3. The User shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the booking. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the booking and contact EzCab at 03-62591913.
  4. This Promotion is valid for trips within Seremban only.
  5. This Promotion is limited to two (2) redemptions only per User.
  6. This Promotion is valid to be utilized anytime throughout the Promotion Period.
  7. This Promotion is applicable for all rides except Taxi (Meter) rides under the EzCab App.
  8. This Promotion is not applicable for booking of ride in advance or “Advance Booking”.
  9. This Promotion is not applicable with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.
  10. This Promotion is limited to the first 1,000 redemptions throughout the Campaign Period. This Promotion will end after the expiration of the Campaign Period or when all Promotional Code is fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
  11. This Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
  12. TNGD will not contact users for any personal information or account credentials for this Promotion.
  13. This Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to the General Campaign Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.tngdigital.com.my/general-terms-and-conditions.html.
  14. Users are also subjected to the User’s Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.tngdigital.com.my/assets/pdf/user-terms-and-conditions.pdf.
  15. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the users if the user is found to have breached TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 11th January until 15th March 2020. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

  1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
  2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
