Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid on 8 - 14 July 2019 only.
2.  This promo code is limited to 2 times redemption per user, limited only to first 2,000 redemptions for any type of EzCab ride for this campaign period.
3. Promo code must be keyed into the app before booking.
4. This promo code only valid for ride to/from Penang.
5. This promotion is valid for Maybank QRPay payment method only.
6. Promo discount will be deducted from the fare shown at the end of the ride.
7. The promotion discount is only successfully redeemed once passenger on board with EzCab.
8. Promo Code is not applicable for Advance booking and Street Hailing.
9. All bookings must be made via EzCab App.
10. Discounted price does not include toll charges.
11. Promo code is not exchangeable for cash or to be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
12. Service is rendered on best efforts basis.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 8 - 14 July 2019. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotional Period is from 5th July 2019 to 11th July 2019 only.
2. Utilize the EzCab app and enjoy any two (2) rides with RM1.00 off for each ride per day to any EzCab destination when you do the following:
   • Apply the applicable promotional code retrieved from the EzCab App under the “Privileges” section; and
   • Ensure the payment method is Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
3. The User shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the booking. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the booking and contact EzCab at 03-62591913.
4. This promotion is valid for trips to/from any destination serviced by EzCab in Malaysia only.
5. This promotion is limited to two (2) redemptions per day only per user.
6. This promotional code is valid to be utilized at any time throughout the Promotional Period.
7. This promotional code is only applicable for all types of fixed-fare and meter fare rides under the EzCab App [EzGo, EzCar, Taxi (Meter), Premium, EzCar L (6 Seater) and EzVan (9 Seater)].
8. This promotional code is not applicable for booking of ride in advance or “Advance Booking”.
9. Promotion is not applicable with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.
10. Promotion is limited to the first 2,000 redemptions throughout the Promotion Period. The Promotion will end after the expiration of the Promotional Period or when all promotional code is fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
11. Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
