Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is valid on 2 September - 31 December 2020 only. (extended until 31st March 2021).
  2. There is NO Promo code needed to key into the app before booking.
  3. This promotion apply to EzGo, EzDelivery, EzCar, Taxi (Meter), Premium, EzCar L (6 Seater) & EzVan (9 Seater) only.
  4. This promotion only valid for ride to/from within nationwide.
  5. Each Shopee Pay User enjoys RM3 instant cashback, capped at a maximum 1 cashback per day per User, with a minimum spend of RM15 upon payment with Shopee Pay via the Shopee app.
  6. This promotion is valid with ShopeePay payment method only. Payment must be made via Shopee apps from ShopeePay e-wallet. 
  7. Cashback will be received right after successful payment.
  8. This promotion is not applicable for Advance booking and Street Hailing.
  9. This Promotion is limited to the first 10,000 redemptions throughout the Promotional Period. The Promotion will end at the expiration of the Promotional Period or when all redemptions are fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
  10. Promo code is not exchangeable for cash or to be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
  11. All bookings must be made via EzCab App.
  12. Service is rendered on best efforts basis.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 2 September until 31 December 2020 (extended until 31st March 2021). The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

  1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
  2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
