Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum spend of RM13 in order to apply the promo code.
2. Valid till 11th November 2018.
3. This promo code is limited to 1 time redemption per user and limited only to first 1,000 redemptions only for this campaign period.
4. This promo discount is valid on all deals in 8excite.
5. This promo is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
6. One promo code is applicable for one redemption only.
7. Apply this promo code while doing payment.
8. This promo is not valid to be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 12th October to 11th November 2018. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
