How to use promo code to book a discounted ride :

Step 1 : Key-in your Pick-up and Drop-off location.

Step 2 : Key-in the promo code EZRAPID at the PROMO CODE column.

Step 3 : Click BOOK to confirm your ride.

Tips! You must enter the MyRapid card Serial No. in your profile to enjoy this offer.

You can either key-in the MyRapid card serial no. when you first sign-up or go to EzCab PROFILE menu as shown in image below and click Update.

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid with cash payment only to all valid MyRapid card holder.
2. Available for both existing and new EzCab users.
3. All bookings must be made via EzCab App.
4. Pick-up or Drop-off locations must be RapidKL LRT/ Monorail/ BRT stations.
5. Limited for first only 5,000 redemption daily.
6. Promo code must be keyed into the app before booking.
7. RM2 will be deducted from the meter fare shown at the end of the ride.
8. A cancelled booking (either by passenger or driver) nullifies the promo entry.
9. The promotion discount is only successfully redeemed once passenger has clicked Drop-off.
10. Promo Code is not applicable for Advance booking.
11. All bookings must be made via EzCab App.
12. Discounted price does not include toll charges.
13. This promo code only valid for ride at Klang Valley only.
14. Not valid with other promotions.

 

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 1st January to 28th February 2017. EzCab Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”) reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

 

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (EzCab) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
2. By taking part in this campaign, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below and decisions of the Organiser without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the Organiser shall be final and conclusive.
