Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid on 6 May - 9 June 2019 only.
2.  This promo code is limited to 2 times redemption per user, limited only to first 2,000 redemption's for any type of EzCab ride for this campaign period.
3. Promo code must be keyed into the app before booking.
4. This promo code only valid for ride in KLCC, Pavilion, Sungai Wang, Bukit Bintang Area (Radius within 5km from KLCC) .
5. This promotion is valid with Boost eWallet payment method only.
6. Promo discount will be deducted from the fare shown at the end of the ride.
7. The promotion discount is only successfully redeemed once passenger on board with EzCab.
8. Promo Code is not applicable for Advance booking and Street Hailing.
9. All bookings must be made via EzCab App.
10. Discounted price does not include toll charges.
11. Promo code is not exchangeable for cash or to be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
12. Promo Code discount will not be valid if any failure to pay using Boost payment method for this promotion, Customer shall bear the responsibility to pay Full Original fare amount before discount.
13. Service is rendered on best efforts basis.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 6 May - 9 June 2019. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
