Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid on 01 November - 30 April 2021 only.
2. Promo code are required to key into the app before booking to enjoy RM3 discount.
3. This promotion apply to DuitNow QR ride only.
4. This promotion only valid for ride to/from within Klang Valley only.
5. This promotion is valid with DuitNow QR payment method only. Payment must be made via Bank Muamalat apps or other participating Banks/ e-Wallets apps to perform the payment checkout.
6. The Promotion Code is only applicable for ‘DuitNow QR’ service type only in EzCab Apps.
7. Discounted price does not include toll charges.
8. This promotion is not applicable for Advance booking and Street Hailing.
9. This Promotion is limited to the first 20,000 redemptions throughout the Promotional Period. The Promotion will end at the expiration of the Promotional Period or when all redemptions are fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
10. Promo code is not exchangeable for cash or to be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
11. All bookings must be made via EzCab App.
12. Service is rendered on best efforts basis.
13. The User shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the booking. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the booking and contact EzCab at 03-62591913.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 1 November 2020 - 30 April 2021. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
