Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is valid on 22 November – 31 December 2019 only or until 1,000 redemptions have been made (whichever is the earlier).
  2. This promotion is limited to 1 time redemption per user, limited only to first 1,000 redemptions for any type of EzCab ride for this campaign period.
  3. There is NO Promo code needed to key into the app before booking.
  4. User enjoys a discount of RM15 per transaction with a minimum spend of RM65.
  5. This promotion applys to EzGo, EzCar, Premium, EzCar L (6 Seater) & EzVan (9 Seater) only.
  6. This promotion is valid to pick up or drop off KLIA or KLIA2 within Klang Valley or Seremban only.
  7. This promotion is valid with Maybank QRPay payment method only. Payment must be made via Maybank QRPay from a Maybank current account, savings account or MAE account.
  8. Promotion discount will be deducted from the fare shown at the end of the ride.
  9. The promotion discount is only successfully redeemed once passenger completes payment using Maybank QRPay Payment method.
  10. Promo Code is not applicable for Advance booking and Street Hailing.
  11. All bookings must be made via EzCab App.
  12. Discounted price does not include toll charges.
  13. Discount is not exchangeable for cash or to be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
  14. Service is rendered on best efforts basis.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 22 November – 31 December 2019. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

  1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
  2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
