Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period is from 5th May 2019 to 3rd June 2019 only.
2. Utilize the EzCab app and enjoy RM4.00 off when you do the following:
   • Apply the applicable promotion code retrieved from the EzCab App under the “Privileges” section;
   • Ensure the payment method is Touch ‘n Go eWallet; and
   • Total fare for the ride must be RM6.00 and above (not inclusive of any additional charges such as toll).
3.  The user shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the booking. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the booking and contact EzCab at 03-62591913.
4. This promotion is valid for trips within Peninsular of Malaysia only.
5. This promotion is limited to one (1) redemption only per user.
6. This promotion code is valid to be utilized between 4.00 p.m. to 11 p.m. only throughout the Promotion Period.
7. This promotion code is only applicable for all types of fixed-fare and meter fare rides under the EzCab App [EzGo, EzCar, Taxi (Meter), Premium, EzCar L (6 Seater) and EzVan (9 Seater)].
8. This promotion code is not applicable for booking of ride in advance or “Advance Booking” or Street Hailing.
9. Promotion is not applicable with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.
10. Promotion is limited to the first 5,000 redemptions throughout the Promotion Period. The Promotion will end after the expiration of the Promotion Period or when all promotion code are fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
11. Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
12. Promo Code discount will not be valid if any failure to pay using TNG eWallet payment method for this promotion, Customer shall bear the responsibility to pay Full Original fare amount before discount.

14. Service is rendered on best efforts basis.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 5th May 2019 - 3rd June 2019. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
