Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) apply to the “EzCab Hidden Gems in Malaysia Contest” (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to bound by these Rules. To qualify for the Contest, the person submitting the entry (‘you’) must be an account holder of EzCab app account.
2. This Contest is organized by EzCab Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) and is open to all Malaysian and Malaysian residents. (“Participants”). Employees of EzCab Sdn Bhd, associating Advertising/PR/Event agencies and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate.
   About the Contest & To Participate:
   • Your profile must be set to “Public” for us to view;
   • Follow our social media (Facebook/Instagram) account;
   • Post your entry photo/video of the “hidden gem” on your Facebook account;
   • Tag us on our social media account by using the hashtag #PlentyGemsWithEzcab; and
   • Please state the location of interest clearly.
3. The contest starts from 21st August 2018, 11:30am (GMT+8) and ends on 17th September 2018, 11:59pm (GMT+8). Only posts published within the stipulated contest period are qualified as an eligible entry.
4. Winner will be selected based on the post/photo/video garnering the most likes by the end of the Contest period.
5. If any of the contest entries are found to have breached any or all of terms and conditions, EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) and select another winner(s).
6. All decisions made in relation to the Contest including the decisions in determining the winners will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.
   Contest Prizes and Redemption:
7. Contest Prizes :
   • (2) x Grand Prize: 2D1N Stay at Gambang Resort with Theme Park entry for one family of 4 worth up to RM1,000;
   • (1) x First Prize: Plane in the City fine dining for 2 & EzCab luxury ride;
   • (1) x Second Prize: RM200 Lazada Gift Card;
   • (6) x Consolation Prize: RM50 Lazada Gift Card.
8. Winners of the contest will be announced within a week from the end of contest period on the EzCab Malaysia official Facebook page.
9. Winners of the Grand prize shall be contacted by EzCab for the redemption details of the stay at the resort and visit at the theme park.
10. Winner of the First prize shall receive gift cards to be redeemed at the restaurant. The winner shall make his/her own reservation at said restaurant.
11. Winners of the Second & Consolation prize shall receive gift cards to be redeemed at Lazada. Please note that the use of the gift cards are subject to separate terms and conditions. 12. All prizes must be claimed within the stipulated time frame indicated in the notification. Any unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited and EzCab Sdn Bhd will not compensate or be held liable for failure to claim the reward(s). Any appeal will not be entertained.
13. Winners can redeem prize via self-collection in Klang Valley or courier-delivery. For courier-delivery winners must provide a valid mailing address. Courier cost will be borne by EzCab. However, EzCab. is not responsible in the event of delay, damage or loss of the delivery. If any of the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to our notifications, another winner will be immediately be chosen and the former winner will no longer be entitled to the prize.
14. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable for credit, cash or kinds in all cases, whether in whole or in part. EzCab does not warrant the quality, performance or fitness for the purpose of any prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of gifts.

OTHER T&C:

15. The Participants required to submit personal information including but not limited to full name, address, telephone number, email address or other such information (“Personal Data”) to the Organiser.
16. The Organiser collects the Personal Data to (i) process the participant’s contest entry for the purposes of this Contest; and (ii) communicate with the participants, for the purposes of this Contest (“Purpose”). The Organiser may also use the Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.
17. The Organiser may engage the services of third party service providers to process the Personal Data. All such third party service providers are obliged not to use the participants’ Personal Data for any other purposes, other than for the Purpose.
18. By participating in this Contest, the participant shall be deemed to have consented for his/her Personal Data being processed by the Organiser and/or its third party service provider. Please refer to EzCab’s privacy policy at http://ezcab.com.my/index.php/tnc/ for more information.
19. By participating in this Contest, the Participant shall be deemed to have consented to the use of his/her pictures, photos, videos, posts or any other work by the Organiser and/or its third party service provider, whether in relation to this Contest or otherwise, including for other promotional events in the future.
20. By participating in this contest you confirm that for each photo submitted:
    • You are the sole author of your work and that it is your original work
    • You are the sole copyright holder
    • You have not licensed any rights in the work that will conflict with the usage rights required by EzCab Sdn Bhd
    • You have the permission of any persons in the work, or if they are under 16, the consent of their parent or guardian to grant the usage rights required by EzCab Sdn Bhd
    • You have permission from the owners of the properties shown or featured in the work to grant the usage rights required by EzCab Sdn Bhd
    • That it does not infringe any rights, including intellectual property rights of any third party or entity
    • That it does not contain names, likenesses, or other characteristics identifying celebrities or other public figures, living or dead
    • You will be responsible for any claim made by any third party in respect of your entry and shall fully indemnify EzCab Sdn Bhd and its sponsors in respect of all liabilities, expense, loss or damages incurred or sustained by as a consequence of the Participant’s breach of this Rules.
    • Please do not post any photographs or content that are obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or which otherwise violate any local or international laws
21. EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply with any of the above terms, even after the entry is submitted.
22. EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice or reason.
23. By participating in this contest, you agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
