Benefit

Total trips completed for the week:

Level 1: 35 trips get extra bonus RM40 nett
Level 2: 50 trips get extra bonus RM60 nett
Level 3: 65 trips get extra bonus RM125 nett

* Each driver is only entitled for 1 of the incentive level only.

* Final total number of trips and bonus earned will be calculated at the end of every week cut off time (11.59pm).

Terms & Conditions:

  1. This new incentive plan is valid for all Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Seremban Drivers only.
  2. To qualify for this new incentive plan, Driver must be registered with Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru or Seremban EzCab office only.
  3. To entitle for the incentive, each Driver must hit a minimum number of trips required per week.
  4. The weekly incentive structure will begin on every Monday 12:00am and cut off time on Sunday 11:59pm.
  5. Number of trips cover all order pick up from your registered states only.
  6. Each driver is only entitled for 1 of the incentive level only.
  7. A cancelled booking (either by passenger or driver) nullifies the number of trips.
  8. The system will calculate your weekly trip and incentives to your EzWallet account within the next 1-2 hours after cut off time every (Sunday 11.59pm).

 

Cash out/Top up credit:

  1. Driver may choose to use the account bonus amount accumulated in EzWallet as top up credit or cash out.
  2. Driver must ensure your EzDriver account is registered with a valid bank account number with EzCab management.
  3. Cash out request will be processed within three (3) working days (excluding Public Holiday and Saturday/Sunday) to your registered bank account.
  4. There will be no additional Funds transfer charges until further notice.
  5. EzCab reserves the sole & absolute right to forfeit incentives & suspend accounts of Drivers who display conduct that EzCab considers inappropriate or unacceptable (e.g.: fake bookings, over charge customer, etc.). EzCab’s decision is final and conclusive – requests for appeal and review will not be entertained.
  6. The incentive plan is not applicable combine with previous earning trips and not able to carry forward.
  7. EzCab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute, EzCab reserves the final decision- request for appeal and review will not be entertained.
  8. Unless otherwise stated, incentive is only applicable to completed trips for EzCab (Fixed Fare), Budget (Meter) and Executive.
