# EzCab Valentine’s Love You Campaign Terms & Conditions:

1. #EzCab Valentine’s Love You Campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by EzCab Sdn Bhd ("Organiser") and is open to all residents in Malaysia aged 18 and above ("Participants").
2. Campaign Period: from 13 Feb 2019, 6:00pm and ends on 14 Feb 2019, 11:59pm (both dates inclusive).
3. Any comment submitted after closing date of the contest will not be counted.
4. Random 50 users who completed the 3 steps will be selected and rewarded a FREE Promo Code!
5. The following groups of persons are not eligible to participate in this Contest: Employees of The EzCab Sdn Bhd (including companies in association with and relative to EzCab Sdn Bhd ), their immediate family members (including children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses).
6. If contest entries are found to have breached any or all of terms and conditions, EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) and reselect another/other winner(s)
7. All decisions made in relation to the Contest including the decisions in determining the winners will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained
8. The EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to remove any comments deemed inappropriate by the standards of the company.
9. Reward awarded by EzCab Sdn Bhd are transferable to any third party, but strictly not exchangeable for cash.
10. Winners of the contest will be Private Message in Facebook inbox by 15^thFebruary 2019. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not respond to our notifications, the reward will be void at the organiser's discretion and another winner will be immediately drawn.
11. EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice or reason.
12. By participating in this contest, you agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 13rd February - 14th February 2019. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
