Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period is on 18th December 2019 only.
2. Utilize the EzCab App and enjoy any two (2) rides with up to RM4.00 discount for each ride to/from EkoCheras Mall when you do the following:
   • Apply the applicable Promotional Code retrieved from the EzCab App under the “Privileges” section; and
   • Ensure the payment method is Touch ‘n Go eWallet, using the “Pay” function.
3. If the fare is equal to/less than RM4, a minimum fare of RM0.10 will be charged.
4. TThe User shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the booking. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the booking and contact EzCab at 03- 62591913.
5. This Promotion is valid for trips to/from EkoCheras Mall only.
6. This Promotion is limited to two (2) redemptions only per User.
7. This Promotion is valid to be utilized between 00:00-23:59hrs (Malaysian Time) during the Promotion Period.
8. This Promotion is only applicable for Taxi (Meter) rides under the EzCab App.
9. This Promotion is not applicable for booking of ride in advance or “Advance Booking”.
10. This Promotion is not applicable with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.
11. This Promotion is limited to the first 100 redemptions throughout the Campaign Period. This Promotion will end after the expiration of the Campaign Period or when all Promotional Code is fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
12. This Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
13. TNGD will not contact users for any personal information or account credentials for this Promotion.

16. TNGD shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the users if the user is found to have breached TNGD’s Users Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run on 18th December 2019. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
