Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Period is one (1) day only which is on the 31st July 2019.
2. Utilize the EzCab App and enjoy any two (2) rides with RM5.00 discount for each ride to/from Nexus Bangsar South when you do the following:
   • Apply the applicable Promotional Code retrieved from the EzCab App under the “Privileges” section; and
   • Ensure the payment method is Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
3. The User shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the booking. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the booking and contact EzCab at 03-62591913.
4. This Campaign 6-ACS Promotion is valid for trips to/from Nexus Bangsar South only.
5. This Campaign 6-ACS Promotion is limited to two (2) redemptions only per User.
6. This Promotional Code is valid to be utilized at any time throughout the Campaign Period.
7. This Promotional Code is only applicable for all types of fixed-fare and meter fare rides under the EzCab App [EzGo, EzCar, Taxi (Meter), Premium, EzCar L (6-Seater) and EzVan (9-Seater)].
8. This Promotional Code is not applicable for booking of ride in advance or “Advance Booking”.
9. This Campaign 6-ACS Promotion is not applicable with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.
10. This Campaign 6-ACS Promotion is limited to the first 400 redemptions throughout the Campaign Period. This Campaign 6-ACS Promotion will end after the expiration of the Campaign Period or when all Promotional Code is fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
11. This Campaign 6-ACS Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run on 31st July 2019. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
