Terms and Conditions

1. Valid for HappyFresh existing user only.
2. Valid from 17 June - 17 September 2019.
3. This promotion excludes ALL HappyCorporate customers.
4. A minimum purchase of RM130 in a single receipt is required to be entitled for the RM15 off discount. Maximum discount is RM15 only.
5. Applicable at ALL stores on HappyFresh.
6. Valid for selected areas within Klang Valley, Penang, except Teluk Bahang, Seberang Perai, Penang Hill and Balik Pulau, & Johor Bahru only, except Sg. Tiram, Pulai, Jelutong, Senai, Tanjung Kupang, and Singapore. Availability of supermarket partners may vary depending on your exact location.
7. Voucher code is only valid on HappyFresh's mobile applications (iOS & Android).
8. Voucher code code MUST be keyed in upon checkout. Failure to do so will not be entertained.
9. Requests to apply voucher code after order confirmation will not be entertained.
10. Multiple usage of app voucher across multiple transactions and/or elements of fraud will lead to cancellation of the order.
11. Limited to ONE usage per customer & valid for ONE overall purchase only.
12. Delivery only. No pick-up options available.
13. Any unutilised voucher(s) past the expiry date will not be refundable.
14. Any unutilised amount from this voucher will not be refundable.
15. Discounted amount is based on total price of delivered items (i.e. not inclusive of prices of out-of-stock and / or rejected items).
16. Voucher is applicable for all products except for cigarettes and spirits.
17. Happy Fresh reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time without notice.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 17 June - 17 September 2019. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
