Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotional Period is from 1st July to 31st December 2020.
  2. Enjoy RM1.00 cashback to any destination when you take a ride with EzCab Taxi (Meter) & pay with Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
  3. This Promotion is limited to 4 transactions in a month (up to RM4.00) within the Promotional Period.
  4. This Promotion is ONLY applicable for taxi fare payment with Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
  5. The user shall receive the cashback within 3 working days.
  6. This Promotion is limited to the first RM 10,000 cashback redemptions throughout the Promotional Period. This Promotion will cease at the end of the Promotional Period or when all transactions are fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
  7. This Promotion is not applicable with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.
  8. Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 1st July to 31st December 2020. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

  1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
  2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.

FAQ

In this Campaign, passenger/ user will receive up to 100% Cashback for maximum of RM3.00 flag fall for each transaction to any destination.
Flag fall is a fixed start fee that is charged by the taxi in the beginning of the trip.
The promotion is valid from 13th December 2019 until 12th June 2020 or the first RM100,000 redemptions of RM3.00 flag fall. The promotion will be ceased once the transactions is fully redeemed or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.
This Campaign is applicable for Touch ‘n Go eWallet user who makes payment for their taxi fare with Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
You will receive RM3.00 cashback for each transaction, up to 4 flag fall transactions or RM12 in a month.
You will receive the cashback within 3 working days.
You must book your ‘Taxi (Meter)’ ride in EzCab Apps and make payment with Touch ‘n Go e-wallet.
The Promotion is valid for taxi rides trips to any location within Peninsular Malaysia only.
