Terms & Conditions of easy (EzCab) discount rides

1.  Promotional Period is from 13^thApril 2021 until 31^st May 2021.
2.  Book a ride using the easy (EzCab) App and enjoy RM1 off on your ride when you do the following:
3.  easy (EzCab) services are available at Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Only.
4.  The User shall ensure that the RM1 discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the booking. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the booking and contact easy (EzCab)at 03-62591913.
5.  This Promotion is valid for trips to/from Kuala Lumpur and Selangor by easy (EzCab) only.
6.  The Promotional Code is applicable for all types of fixed-fare and meter fare rides under the EzCab App [EzGo, EzCar, Taxi (Meter), Premium, EzCar L (6-Seater) and EzDelivery.
7.  This promotion is not applicable for Advance booking and Street Hailing.
8.  Promotion is limited to the first 100k redemptions throughout the Promotion Period. The Promotion will end after the expiration of the Promotion Period or when all promotion code is fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
9.  This Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
10.  This Promotion is not applicable with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.
11.  Service is rendered on a best efforts basis.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 13^thApril 2021 until 31^st May 2021. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.

Terms & Conditions of TNG eWallet Gempak Raya Randomised Cashback

1.  Campaign Period is from 13th April 2021 until 31st May 2021, or until fully redeemed.
2.  Users will be eligible to enjoy TWO (2) randomised cashbacks, worth up to RM5.00, when User spends a minimum of RM15.00 in a single transaction from selected merchants and makes payment via Touch ‘n Go eWallet during Campaign Period.
3.  Users will be eligible to receive a randomised cashback TWO (2) times during the Campaign Period.
4.  The Cashback amount will be credited into the User’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet within three (3) working days (Monday to Friday excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the eligible transaction date. TNGD will NOT make any phone calls pursuant to this Promotion.
5.  The cashback will be generated randomly by a computerised program.
6.  This Campaign is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
7.  This Campaign is limited to the first 50,000 redemptions throughout the Campaign Period. The Campaign will end at the expiration of the Campaign Period or when the Campaign is fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
8.  TNGD and merchants’ decision regarding the award of the prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the Promotion, and no queries, challenges, or appeals may be made or entertained.
