Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period is from 7th February 2020 until 25th December 2020. (extended until 31st January 2021).
2. Utilize the EzCab App and enjoy RM5.00 discount every Friday to any EzCab destination when you do the following:
   • Apply the applicable Promotional Code retrieved from the EzCab App under the “Privileges” section; and
   • Ensure the payment method is Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
3. This Promotion is limited to only two (2) redemptions per User every Friday, for a maximum of ninety-four (94) Promotional codes throughout the Promotional Period.
4. The User shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the booking. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the booking and contact EzCab at 03-62591913.
5. This Promotion is valid for trips to/from any location serviced by EzCab within Malaysia only.
6. The Promotion Code is only applicable for all types of fixed-fare and meter fare rides under the EzCab App [EzGo, EzCar, Taxi (Meter), Premium, EzCar L (6-Seater) and EzVan (9-Seater)].
7. The Promotion Code is not applicable for booking of ride in advance or “Advance Booking”.
8. Promotion is not applicable with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers or membership privileges.
9. This Promotion is limited to the first 450 redemptions each Friday throughout the Promotional Period. The Promotion will end at the expiration of the Promotional Period or when all redemptions are fully redeemed, whichever earlier.
10. Promotion is not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.

Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 7th February 2020 until 25th December 2020 (extended until 31st January 2021). The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

EzCab Sdn Bhd (company no. 197870-T) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customers and the Customers agree to be bound by those changes.

1. EzCab’s decisions in any matter in relations to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
2. EzCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Customers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Campaign.
