Campaign Duration:

The Campaign will run from 4^th June 2018 – until further notice. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

General Terms & Limitation of Liability:

Terms and Conditions

This promotion is valid with cash payment only.
Available for selected recipients, both existing and new EzCab users only.
This promo code is only limited to 1 time redemption per passenger during the campaign period.
Promo code must be keyed into the app before booking.
RM5 will be deducted from the fare shown at the end of the ride.
If the fare is less than RM5, there will be no reimbursement of the fare difference. If the fare is more than RM5, the additional fare amount will be charged accordingly.
A cancelled booking (either by passenger or driver) nullifies the promo entry.
The promotion discount is only successfully redeemed once passenger has clicked Drop-off.
Promo Code is not applicable for Advance Booking.

EzCab Refer-A-Friend Contest

Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions (the “Rules”) apply to the “EzCab Refer-A-Friend Contest” (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to bound by these Rules. To qualify for the Contest, the person making the referral (‘you’) must be an account holder of EzCab app account.
This Contest is organized by EzCab Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) and is open to all residents in Malaysia aged 18 and above (“Participants”).
To participate in this Contest, you must send invites via EzCab app account or share the unique referral code provided in your EzCab app account to your friends and family.
Only completed referral will be counted. Your invited friends and family is required to:
- Download EzCab mobile app
- Sign up their EzCab app account by connecting with Facebook
- Enter your referral code in their registered EzCab app account

Any downloads and referral code entry from your invited friends and family after the closing date of the contest will not be counted.
Any EzCab app uninstalled by your invited persons before the contest closing date will not be counted as well.
Winners are required to have at least 150 Completed Referrals** to be eligible for the prizes. (** Completed Referrals: Download EzCab mobile app, sign up by Connecting to Facebook and key in the referral code)
If contest entries are found to have breached any or all of terms and conditions, EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) and reselect another /other winner(s).
All decisions made in relation to the Contest including the decisions in determining the winners will be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.
Winners of the contest will be contacted by 7 June 2018 . If any of the winnerscannot be contacted or does not respond to our notifications, the prize will be void at the organiser’s discretion and another winner will be immediately drawn.
All prizes must be claimed within the stipulated time frame indicated in the notification. Any unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited and EzCab Sdn Bhd will not compensate or be held liable for failure to claim the reward(s). Any appeal will not be entertained.
The participants may be required to submit personal information including, without limitation, full name, address, telephone number, email address or other such information (“Personal Data”) to the Organiser.
The Organiser collects the Personal Data to (i) process the participant’s contest entry for the purposes of this Contest; and (ii) communicate with the participants, for the purposes of this Contest (“Purpose”). The Organiser may also use the Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.
The Organiser may engage the services of third party service provider to process the Personal Data. All such third party service providers are obliged not to use the participants’ Personal Data for any other purposes, other than for the Purpose.
By participating in this Contest, the participant shall be deemed to have consented for his/her Personal Data being processed by the Organiser and/or its third party service provider.
EzCab Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice or reason.
