REGISTER

11.1. How to Register as EzDriver?
There are 2 method for register:

  • By walk in to the EzCab office. OR
  • Apply registration via EzCab website.

11.2.  Account not active yet?
Application will be completed within 2-3 working days if you have registered with correct IMEI. If still not active, please provide vehicle number, IMEI and send to our support team at driversupport@ezcab.com.my.

 

11.3.  Online register not successful?
Kindly contact our support team at driversupport@ezcab.com.my. Reasons that might cause the information to not be updated in system:

  • Use the wrong link to sign up.
  • Uploaded expired document.
  • Photo Image too large.
  • Car made 2009 and below.
  • Had 10 summons. (Updated 18 July 2018)
  • Not under eligible vehicle list (i.e. Viva, Atos and etc)
  • At least had 1 blacklist. (Updated 18 July 2018)

 

11.4.  Account approve but still cannot login?
Your driver account will be activated within 2 hours after received approve e-mail. If still can not use the EzDriver App, please provide your vehicle number, IMEI and send to our support team at driversupport@ezcab.com.my.

 

11.5. If I register now, how much the commission charge?
Starting from 8 July 2018, for existing registered Driver-Partner commission rate as below:

  • Private Car Driver-Partner: 12%.(valid until 31 August 2018)
  • Taxi Driver-Partner: Remain as package registered.

 

11.6. My friend want to register after 31 August 2018, can he get the 12% commission?
Register and Active from 1st September 2018 onwards

  • For Private Car Driver-Partner: 15%.
  • Taxi Driver-Partner: Remain as package registered.

11.7. Is there any way to appeal from ban / suspend?  
Walk in HQ office appeal.(Updated 18 July 2018)

 

How It Works?

The map shows you where there are incoming Booking request:

  1. Red = Very High
  2. Yellow = High
  3. Green = Medium
  4. No colour = Low

How to use?

  • Use map to identify closest ‘High Demand’ area to where you are & heads towards there.
  • Zoom in & out on the map to identify specific ‘High Demand’ areas. At maximum zoom, you will see a dot.
