EzCab’s decision is final and conclusive – requests for appeal and review will not be entertained.
13. The incentive structure is not applicable combine with previous earning trips and not able to carry forward before or after campaign period.
14. EzCab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute, EzCab reserves the final decision- request for appeal and review will not be entertained.
15. Unless otherwise stated, this incentive is only applicable to completed trips for EzGo, EzCar, Premium, Executive and EzCar (L).

1. Campaign duration is 10th April - 31st May 2019.
2. Referring driver-partners have to be activated within this time period in order to be eligible for this promotion.
3. This promotion is only applicable to the first 3,000 successful referrals.
4. Applicable to all existing Ezcab Driver-Partner within Semenanjung Malaysia and Sabah, under 10% to 15% Commission package only.
5. Referred driver-partners must be new, which excludes previously terminated/banned drivers.
6. All decisions made by EzCab are final and no correspondence will be entertained. If fraud is detected, EzCab has the right to forfeit ALL entitled incentives.
7. Referral incentives will be payout at the end of the campaign period.
